Senate Bill 138 Implementation and Resources
Senate Bill 138, passed by the Texas Legislature in 2013, amended the Texas
Geoscience Practice Act in order to streamline TBPG’s complaint process.
TBPG has adopted rules and is working with other state
agencies to provide the required training in order to
implement the requirements of the bill.
