Proposed rules and the non-exempt public practice of geoscience

Roman : May 24, 2016 3:27 pm : Recent News

It is important that federal, state and local government agencies recognize
the Texas Geoscience Practice Act, the requirement of licensure
as a Professional Geoscientist, and the scope of work authorized by
the Texas Geoscience Practice Act.  At times, government agency rules
may not take P.G. licensure into account when proposing or modifying
rules related to the public practice of geoscience in Texas.

If you become aware of instances,  please use the following link to
send us information about the proposed rule: E-mail TBPG.
Please include a link to the proposed rule.  Thank you!
