ASBOG Examination Information

The March 19, 2021 ASBOG exam results have been sent out to all examinees.
FG Exam: Out of 86 individuals that took the FG exam in Texas,
56 individuals passed the exam for a passing rate of 65%.
PG exam: Out of 71 individuals that took the PG exam in Texas,
51 individuals passed the exam for a passing rate of 72%.

The next ASBOG examination is October 1, 2021
the deadline for submitting exam requests is 5:00 p.m. August 3, 2021.

Four Year Rule Review

Texas Government Code – Administrative Procedure Act §2001.039

TBPG is conducting its four-year rule review for 2021-2022.
Per Texas Government Code §2001.039, every state agency in Texas must review and
consider each of its rules for re-adoption at least every four years.
